General Questions
How do I reach support?
The best way to reach support is via the email address info@froehlich-vital.de. Office hours are Monday to Friday 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. We try to answer as soon as possible.
Can I order as a guest?
In order to be able to order, you have to verify yourself as a trader, this is only done by creating a customer account .
Why do I have to register with a tax number?
We take the tax number or VAT ID number. to verify our commercial customers as such.
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
It would be a pity if you missed out on future offers and new products in the shop. However, you can easily unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" button in an e-mail from us.
Orders/Invoices
Where can I find my orders?
You can find your orders in your account . You can access your account via the menu bar. You must be logged in to see your orders.
How and when can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. To cancel this, please send us an email to info@froehlich-vital.de with the order number and the order.
Are international orders accepted?
We also sell and ship abroad. Should you encounter any problems with check-out, shipping or payment, do not hesitate to contact us. info@froehlich-vital.de
How can I track my order?
After we have shipped your order, you will be sent a tracking code by email, which you can use to track your order.
I would like to buy larger quantities at better conditions!
If you want to buy larger quantities than listed in our price table, then simply send an email to Info@froehlich-vital.de and we will be happy to discuss other conditions with you!
How do I pay my bill?
You will receive your invoice from us by email. Ouraccount details are listed on the invoice. Transfer the full amount and state your order number as reference.
I lost my invoice, what can I do?
If you have lost your invoice, simply send us an email and we will send it to you again.

How do I create a customer account?
You can easily create a customer account via this link or via the account button in the top right-hand menu. A valid tax number, which we use to verify your business, is important for the creation.
How do I change my password?
You can easily reset your password via this link or by clicking on "Forgot your password" when logging in. You will receive an email with a link to set a new password.
How do I change my shipping billing address?
You can easily change your delivery address or billing address via this link or in your account settings.
How can I delete my customer account?
You cannot delete your customer account yourself. For the deletion of your data you have to send us a request by e-mail to info@froehlich-vital.de .
